  • Charlie is by far one of the most professional, friendly and dedicated trainers I've worked with. His knowledge base is vast and he's method of training is highly effective. He has the gift of knowing how to make you work hard without even realizing it as the sessions are fun and enjoyable. He pays great attention to detail with regards to your form, not all trainers do this and as a result a lot of people lift weights incorrectly and end up injuring themselves. You can also tell how much he genuinely wants to help you succeed which is a brilliant quality. Considering how busy Charlie is, it's ridiculously impressive how he still manages to juggle everything whilst still making sure you're happy, on track and working hard towards your goals. Hard Workers Welcome

Creating an environment where my clients can thrive in sporting excellence was the goal throughout this project. Filling the gymspace with great equipment certainly helped with achieving that goal. Functional training methods reduce the need for any heavy resistance machines that take up valuable space, this leaves us with a great space for 1-1 and group personal training clients with shelter from the inevitable British weather.
