Since graduating from university I have spent time providing Strength and Conditioning sessions for a number of people. Utilising research conducted from recent years, I’m able to understand client needs by looking at studies conducted on their chosen sports. I have conducted a needs analysis of sports from football to equestrian.
In recent months I have been working with young footballers improving their movement mechanics, fitness, and strength. Throughout pre-season and in-season this was maintained with metabolic conditioning and the young athlete's weekly devotion. Over the last year, I have also been working with a GB Carriagedriver to work on her weaknesses such as hip mobility, shoulder stability, and overall strength. Through hard work and determination, it resulted in a great result for her in the most recent national event in Pau, France.
